RV Shopping Guide's return/refund policy:
You may return your RV shopping Guide's physical (die cast toys) purchase within 30 days of receipt of purchase for replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price.
RV Shopping Guide's expert witness testimony/consulting fees we do not offer any refund options.
For RV Shopping Guide's appraisal services we do not offer a refund: Unless you have not received your services in a reasonable amount of time; (three-days.) In-addition for marketing, eBay fees, no warranties of sale-ability have been implied nor expressed.
To return a physical die-cast purchase:
Please follow these simple instructions, which are also printed on the shipping document that came with your order:
1. To expedite the handling of your return, please complete the information form attached to your shipping document, providing the reason for return and the action to be taken.
2. Detach the return form with your completed instructions and enclose it with the item to be returned in the original package. Carefully repack and seal the package tightly. If shipping damage has occurred you must provide/include with your return item a photo of how item was received.
3. Return the package to us by UPS, Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. To ensure delivery, please use the pre-printed label provided in the upper right hand corner of the return information form attached to your shipping document.

5. Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase.
